Ms Molina P Thakur for Applicant Mr. Mahendhar Aithe, Company Prosecutor present CORAM: K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 12th MARCH 2020 P.C.:- This is an application for directing the liquidator to pay the outstanding security charges of Rs. 7,46,519.20/-. The liquidator has filed an affidavit in reply stating that during the period when applicant was providing security services, four movables valued at Rs.22,018/- were stolen from the company premises and that this amount has to be paid over by applicant. Ms Thakur for applicant states that the liquidator may deduct that amount from Rs.7,46,519.20/- and pay over the balance to applicant and applicant will accept that amount in full and final settlement of all its claim.

2/2 ca-159-19(18).doc Mr. Aithe states that if this amount of Rs.22,018/- is permitted to be deducted, the balance amount could be paid in due course. Since the claim of applicant relates to the period from April 2015 to January 2018, the liquidator shall pay this amount before 31-32020. Company application stands disposed.
