Perused the orders of this Court dated 14th August, 2017 and 6th September, 2017. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties place on record an order passed by the learned Member of the Industrial Court dated 12th September, 2017. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions that an application was filed for seeking restoration of the complaint. Accordingly the application was allowed and the compliant is restored. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions further submits that the complaint before the Industrial Court will 1/2

1-WP712-16.DOC be withdrawn tomorrow itself. He on instructions further submits that as the complaint itself would be withdrawn, the Petition also be permitted to be withdrawn. In view of this submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions and in view of the order placed on record, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Petition. The order dated 12th September, 2017 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
