1. Perused the Report of the Court Receiver. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which is reproduced hereunder : "(a)The Court Receiver be allowed to appoint third party as an agent of the Court Receiver and to schedule the programme for carrying out public auction"

2. The parties shall have a meeting with the Court Receiver and/or his representative/s on 14 th March, 2018 at 1.30 p.m., qua the appointment of third party as an agent of the Court Receiver.

3. The above Report is accordingly disposed of. Cost of this report shall be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from today. ssp 1/2
