Perused the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion. In view of the assertions made in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay.

Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

We grant time of one month to the appellant to remove all office objections failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed for want of
