The proposed adoption of a male minor, Nachiket/Issac, born on 1st June 2016 is by two American nationals, Matthew J Delong and Sherrene Henrietta Delong. The child has been declared legally free for adoption.

Mr Kapoor for the adoptive parents tenders a compilation of necessary financial documents, the child care arrangement plan and a declaration of willingness and the necessary undertakings. It is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification with today's 21st March 2018

I have seen the scrutiny report presented by Mr O Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the Indian Council of Social Welfare, which is on record.
