The Petitioner alleges that there is non compliance of an order dated 25th February, 2014. Perusal of the said order shows that in paragraphs 3 and 4 following observations were made by the Division Bench, while disposing of the petition: 1 / 2

Without observing any thing on merit and by keeping all points open, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition with direction to Respondent Corporation to decide the complaint as early as possible preferably within 12 weeks.

The petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation and / or supporting material within 4 weeks. The Corporation to decide the complaint within 8 weeks thereafter."

In the affidavit in reply, Respondent - Corporation has stated that they have implemented the said order and notices have been issued. In this view of the matter, in our view, there is substantial compliance of the directions given by this Court. The Corporation shall decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible. With this direction, contempt petition is disposed of.

In view of disposal of the contempt petition, Chamber Summons (L) No. 352 of 2015 filed therein does not survive and is accordingly disposed of.
