After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner on instruction from the authorized representative of the Petitioner Mr. Shriram M. Paranjape who is present in person, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternative remedy as may be available to the Petitioner in accordance with law.
