IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
TESTAMENTARY AND INTESTATE JURISDICTION TESTAMENTARY PETITION NO. 1189 OF 2013 Mrs. Nesamani S. Nadar
...Petitioner
And Mr. M. Selvaraj ...Deceased Mr. Ramprakash Pandey, for the Petitioner.
CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:
13th July 2015 PC:- 1.
Not on board. Mentioned. Taken on board.
2.
On 5th May 2015, directions were issued in this matter as part of a group of matters. All office objections were required to be removed by 29th June 2015. Thereafter, the Petitioner appears to have done nothing. An extension was sought. This was granted till today, 13th July 2015.
3.
Today, a further extension is sought for another four weeks. The only ground given is that there is no person available to make an official translation from Tamil to English.
P1-TP1189-13.DOC 4.
In a Petition of 2013, it is not possible that the Petitioner only just discovered this issue. There is sufficient provision in our Rules on the Original Side to provide for appointment of a Special Translator. Over two years have gone by and the matter has been kept pending in this fashion.
5.
As a final opportunity, and with no possibility of a further extension, time is finally extended till 20th July 2015 and not beyond.
