P.C. :- On 8 February 2023, the following order was passed in a group of petitions :- " The learned Counsel for the parties point out that Writ Petition No.1690 of 2014 and Writ Petition No.1691 of 2014 have already been withdrawn and disposed of. Registry to take note.
2. With respect to the other Petitions, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners state that they are awaiting instructions from the Petitioners. They have not received any instructions to go on with the matters. As and by way of indulgence, we defer the hearing of these Petitions to 3 March 2023. To be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".
3. If the Petitioners are desirous of prosecuting the Petitions then in each of these Petitions, the Petitioner will file an affidavit stating so, otherwise it would be presumed that they are not interested and appropriate orders would be passed".

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1453 of 2014 states that instructions have been received to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

As regards Writ Petition Nos. 1587 of 2014 and 894 of 2014 are concerned, no affidavit has been filed. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner in Writ Petition Nos. 1587 of 2014 and 894 of 2014 states that the Petitioners have not contacted him. It appears that they have lost interest in prosecuting the petitions as cause does not survive.
