36-WPL.709.2017.doc the organ as transplanted within the meaning of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as above. This writ petition is also allowed to be withdrawn after the affidavit was tendered by Mr. Prabhavalkar appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and on account of the statements therein.
