I am making it clear that having regard to the nature of the prayers, I will not accept or entertain any application or make any order on any further or future application by which this Applicant, Skand Private Limited, claims to be entitled to either property or money from any source only on the basis that it holds a so-called 'Power of Attorney' from some unnamed original title holders. 3.

A copy of this order will be annexed to any further application that Skand Private Limited chooses to file.
