Learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions from some of the Petitioners who are present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions.

The Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of.

On the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioners, one week's time is granted to vacate the structures in question. 1/2

In the event the structures are not vacated within one week, the Authorities shall be free to enforce the orders under sections 33 & 38 of the Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance And Redevelopment) Act, 1971.
5. The statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioners is recorded that the proceedings before the Slum Tribunal challenging the declaration of slum under section 4 of the Slum Act shall be withdrawn by them within a period of two weeks from today.

At the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioners, liberty is granted to the Petitioner No.2 in Writ Petition (L) No.652 of 2015 to make appropriate application before the concerned Authorities to decide his eligibility. If such an application is made, within a period of two weeks, the eligibility shall be decided within a period of eight weeks thereafter. (A.A. SAYED, J.) kambli 2/2
