It is submitted that alongwith the testamentary petition for grant of probate, the petitioner had placed on record the original death certificate of the deceased. It is submitted that the deceased died on 15.01.1969 and therefore, the petitioner desires to take back the original death certificate, with an undertaking to place a copy thereof on the record of this Court. 3.

In the interest of justice, the request made on behalf of the petitioner is accepted. The original death certificate of the deceased shall be returned to the petitioner, upon placing a copy of the same on the record of this Court. 4.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
