Petitioner prays for following relief :- (b) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing / ordering the respondent No.1 to 3 and No.5 from doing any act or omission which has the effect or causing the name transfer of the Suit Properties mentioned in petition into the name of respondent No.4, pending the hearing and final disposal of the Suit No.717 of 2015 filed before this Hon'ble High Court;
22 wpl-711-17 (c) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing / ordering the respondent No.1 to 3 and No.5 that in the event any act or omission has been done after the submission of the Lis Pendens notice which has the effect or transfer of the name in respect of the suit properties, the same be revoked and restored back status quo ante to the submitting the Lis pendens notice and all consequential changes thereto;"

It is informed that a Civil Suit is pending in respect of the subject issue.

In the facts, the petitioner may prosecute the alternate remedies as permissible in law. All issues on merits are kept open. 4.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
