"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant/Plaintiff to amend the Plaint as per the Schedule hereto; (b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to delete Defendant No.4 as party to the present proceedings;

(c) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to add Defendant No.4 as party to the present proceedings";
