We have heard the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner.

The learned Senior Advocate submits that the application dated 4th June 2021 be directed to be processed by respondent Nos.2 and 3 and decision on it be taken. In the affdavit, it appears that, fled by respondent Nos.2 and 3, it is stated that the application is under consideration based on changed parameters as proposed by the Architect and on submitting a plan as per Regulation 10 of the amended DCPR-2034 along with all necessary documents as required by letter dated 10th June 2021, the application Gaikwad RD 1/2

86.WPNo.14772022.doc dated 4th June 2021 can be decided on its own merits. It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate that the compliance of the documents has been made on 26th March 2022.

Be that as it may. The application of the petitioner dated 4th June 2021 be decided in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within four weeks. Depending upon the decision taken, the further steps be taken.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
