The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of there being an order in favour of the petitioner dated 17/5/2017 and further correspondence dated 22/8/2017 and 16/1/2018 from the Joint Registrar, Cooperative SRA, respondent no. 5 has not handed over the keys of the premises in terms of the permission to the petitioner.

20-wp-1841.2018.odt respondent no. 5, on instructions, that the respondent no. 5 is ready and willing to hand over the keys to the petitioner in terms of the said allotment order. He submits that the keys will be handed over by tomorrow. We record the said statement made on behalf of the learned counsel for respondent no.5.

In so far as grievance of the petitioner against the Municipal Corporation in respect of the arrears of rent and occupation certificate, we keep the question open to be raised by the petitioner before the competent authority. The competent authority shall examine the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law.
