Today the matter is shown on production board pursuant to the praecipe dated 12/03/2020 filed by the Applicant-party in person.

Heard the applicant-party in person and learned A.G.P. Mr. Hemant Haryan for the respondents. 3.

By this Interim Application, the applicant is seeking to set aside the order dated 26/11/2019 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, by which the Writ Petition (L) No.3199 of 2018 stood dismissed for non removal of

office objections.

The applicant-party in person submits that, inadvertently, it remained to remove office objections. 5.

The applicant submits that, she undertakes to remove office objections on or before 04/04/2020. She submits that, in the interest of justice, this court be pleased to set aside the order dated 26/11/2019 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, by which the Writ Petition (L) No.3199 of 2018 stood dismissed for non removal of office objection.

Considering the submissions made by the applicantparty in person and the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a)The order dated 26/11/2019 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master is set aside and the Writ Petition (L) No. 3199 of 2018 is restored to file.

b)The applicant to remove all office objections on or before 04/04/2020 in Writ Petition (L) No.3199 of 2018, failing which the same shall stand dismissed without referring back

to the court.

c)If all office objections are removed within time, the Writ Petition (L) No. 3199 of 2018 to appear on board on 20/04/2020, under caption 'for admission'

.
