The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :
"(a) The Plaintiff bank may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 6,392/- in the office of the Court Receiver within time as may be stipulated by Hon'ble Court, with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.
(b) That the cost of an incidental to this report be fixed at Rs.3,000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver.

The Plaintiff through its Advocate undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver including costs, within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
