Counsel relies on an affidavit of one Sunil Datta Borwankar affirmed on 3.8.2018 confirming advertising petition in `Free Press Journal' and `Navshakti' on 30.7.2018.

Official Liquidator states that he has not received any objection to the recall of the order of winding up and disposal of the petition as withdrawn.

In the circumstances, order dated 5.1.2018 winding up respondent company is recalled. Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
