Mr. Daver, learned counsel appears for the Respondents No.1 to 4 and submits that he has filed the reply to the Interim Application. Mr. Nishit Dhruva, learned counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the reply has been served in the Court and seeks some time to file rejoinder in the matter.
