Learned Court Receiver is present in the Court who has tendered the Court Receiver's Report No.66 of 2022, submitted in pursuance of the order dated 15 February 2022 passed by this Court. It has been set out in paragraph 8 of the report that six containers were handed over to the petitioner. In so far as the other containers are concerned, order dated 15 February 2022 itself is clear that the petitioner would be required to take appropriate steps as permissible in law. 2.

The Court Receiver's report is accordingly accepted. Court Receiver stands discharged, however, subject to appropriation of the fees, expenses, costs etc. without passing of accounts. 3.

Report is disposed of in the above terms.
