CORAM :- S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & G. S. KULKARNI, JJ.
DATED :- JULY 16, 2015 P.C. :- We do not think that the Writ Petition needs to be kept pending in the light of the exhaustive directions which have been issued by this Court and which admittedly have been complied with. If there are successive consignments which are likely to be imported in future and arrive at Mumbai Port and the Petitioner is confronted with similar problems and issues, none prevents it from approaching the competent Court. We cannot keep this Writ Petition pending simply because the Petitioner is apprehending that in future similar situation would arise. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the ad-interim/interim order. (G.S.KULKARNI, J.) (S.C.DHARMADHIKARI, J.) J.V.Salunke,PA
