1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.10.2023 and thereby seeking permission to carry out an amendment in information of legal heirs of the deceased due to death of Anjali Rege, who died on 30.04.2022. considering the true copy of the death certificate of deceased'

s legal heirs, information is required to be corrected in the petition. Hence, praecipe is allowed.

Petitioner to carry out an amendment in para no. 4 of the petition, within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is out of India therefore, re-verification to be dispensed with. Considering this statement, re-verification if any be dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner requested to go through the petition, so that he can comply the other requisitions.
