The Notice of Motion and the Suit have since been served. There is Affidavit of Service. None appears. There is no Affidavit in Reply.

For the reasons set out in the Ad-interim order dated 22nd March 2016, that order is confirmed as the final order on the Notice of Motion.

Liberty to the Plaintiff to apply for the appointment of Court Receiver, if it is found and shown that the Defendants have continued violating or are in breach of the ad-interim and interim injunction.

The Notice of Motion is disposed of in these terms. In addition, at the final disposal of the suit, the Plaintiffs will be entitled to apply for an order and decree against the Defendants for actual costs incurred on this Notice of Motion. (G. S. PATEL, J.) 25th July 2016
