NOTICE OF MOTION NO.1015 OF 2016 The counsel appearing for the applicant/defendant no.6 states that if the plaintiff could give them a copy of the plaint, the defendant no.6 will file written statement within four weeks from today.
Ms. Rajadhyaksha, counsel for the plaintiff states that a copy of the plaint will be handed over to the advocate for the defendant no.6 by tomorrow, i.e., 27th October, 2016. Within four weeks from today the defendant no.6 to file the written statement and serve a copy thereof. The notice of motion accordingly stands disposed. Mr. Wakshe, counsel appearing for defendant no.6 also waives service of writ of summons.
