Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties, in our considered view, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 24th August, 2018, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit - L", page 52 onwards as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open. The respondent No.3 shall decide the petitioner's complaint after hearing all concerned and affected parties. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

In order to enable the respondent No.3 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before him on 24th December, 2018, at 11.00 a.m.. along with copy of this order as well as her complaint.
