Ms Chaudhari seeks an amendment to the grant of Succession Certificate. It seems that after the certificate was issued Shephali Mormare on 4th April 2018, the employer of the deceased, the BEST Undertaking, has informed the Petitioner that there are two by Shephali Mormare Date: 2021.02.18 11:16:39 +0530 amounts of Rs. 6,02,000/- and Rs. 38,000/- yet due to him. Hence this application.

The Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) without need of reverification in the facts and circumstances of the case. The previous order of 24th January 2018 17th February 2021
