None for the Applicant. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 17 June 2015, an amount of Rs.3 lacs has been duly paid by the insolvent to the intervener / applicant in cash. Learned Counsel for the erstwhile insolvent submits a copy of the receipt issued by the intervener/ applicant in this behalf. Considering the reply of the noticee to the show cause notice in terms of the affidavit dated 16 March 2015 and the payment made to the intervener/ applicant, the show cause notice is discharged. Having regard to the annulment of the insolvency, the public examination before the Insolvency Registrar has become unfructuous and is dispensed with.
