Therefore, company application no.181 of 2013 in company petition no.50 of 2013, company application no.182 of 2013 in company petition no.74 of 2013 and company application no.184 of 2013 in company petition no.103 of 2013 does not survive and these company applications are accordingly disposed.
The counsel appearing for the petitioner in company petition no.604 of 2014 seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The petition is
disposed as withdrawn.
