Now it has come on record that the petitioner-society has
made proposal for regularization of construction only and that further time will be granted for deciding proposal of society for regularization of construction. We direct the parties to remain present before the Deputy Chief Engineer, Building Proposal Western SubUrban-I of respondent-corporation on 10th January 2023 at 11.30a.m. We, further direct the Corporation to decide the proposal of the petitioner-society for regularization of construction in accordance with law, keeping in view the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 11th August 2022, within a period of six weeks from 10th January 2023.
