After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that Respondent No.4-committee shall decide the pending appeal of the Petitioners, namely, Application (L) No.42 of 2017, within a period of twelve weeks from today. Till the time the authority decides the Petitioners' appeal, status quo shall be maintained at site. Respondent No.4 may hear all stakeholders and pass a reasoned order on the appeal. The petition is disposed of.
