Both learned counsel state that they have arrived at a settlement out of court. They have drawn up consent terms, under which the decretal sum is to be paid in installments. They tender consent terms. Both the learned counsel state that the signatories to the consent terms are both above 75 years of age and the learned Advocates have the authority to tender these terms. Signatories have been identified by their respective Advocates. Plaintiff's duly authorized representative Mr. Mahadev B. Teli is present in court. 2.

At the request of learned counsel for the parties, this IA is disposed in terms of the consent terms, subject to Mr. Udane filing vakalatnama within a period of two weeks from today.
