Heard, learned Counsel for the Applicant.

By this application, the Applicant seeks post grant amendment of the schedule to the succession certificate issued on 13th February, 2018.

This was an uncontested matter when the succession certificate was granted.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that there was an inadvertent mistake in the schedule specifying the securities, at serial no. 1 and the said mistake is sought to be corrected as per amendment proposed in schedule at Exhibit "C". 5.

By the amendment the correct number of shares is to be brought on record along with proper distinctive numbers of the Shrikant Malani

2.IA.228.2020.doc securities. The market value will accordingly change, which also needs to be incorporated.

This Court is convinced that in the interest of justice, the present application deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Re-verification is dispensed with.
