Mr. Panjabi, counsel for petitioner states that the name of respondent company was changed to BIL Industries Limited and the said company has been ordered to be wound up by an order dated 28th October 2010 in company petition no.183 of 2010.

Therefore, this petition also stands disposed with liberty to petitioner to lodge its proof of debt with Official Liquidator, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

If the order dated 28th October 2010 in company petition no.183 of 2010 winding up respondent company - BIL Industries Limited is recalled or set aside in appeal, liberty is given to petitioner to revive this petition and move once again for necessary orders including winding up of respondent company.
