By this report the liquidator seeks leave to revise remuneration paid to one Mr. Ashraf Motorwala who has been attending to matters relating to the winding up. The liquidator was permitted to continue engagement of his services by order dated 9 th July, 2015. Today it is submitted that the remuneration may be permitted to be revised. 2.
On the last occasion pursuant to a query from the court the liquidator has now filed additional report of even date whereby it is proposed that the Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

remuneration is increased by 10%. Having perused the report and having heard the prosecutor it appears to be a reasonable request. Hence I pass the following order :
(i) Re-submitted report dated 4 th May, 2002 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as follows :
(a) In view of para (5) and (6), whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to revise with effect from 1 st April, 2022, with 10% increment p.a. in the monthly remuneration of Rs. 45000 of Mr. Ashraf Motorwala i.e. (45000+4500=49500) (ii) In terms of prayer clause (b) it is directed liquidator may compute the amount that may become payable, but shall not be paid without leave of the court.
