sg 3.wp1118-21.doc P.C:- We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. We have also perused the record and the orders passed on the proceedings by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is not in dispute that during the pendency of these proceedings, show cause notice dated 4th November 2022 is issued to the Petitioner. The same is pending adjudication.

Considering the facts of this case, we are of the clear opinion that now as the show cause notice needs to be adjudicated and taken to its logical conclusion. This, of course, keeping open all contentions of the Petitioners as also of the Respondents. 3.

We, accordingly, dispose of the petition in the aforesaid terms.

No costs.
