1] The Petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seek extension of mandate of the Arbitrator for pronouncement of the Award and though prayer clause (A) of the Petition seek extension from 01.01.2024 till 30.06.2024, the learned counsel for respective parties are at consensus that it should be extended by a period of six months from the date of passing of the order.
