On 18th January 2017, Mr Taquiddin, present in Court on that day, made a bid for all 18 vehicles in question at Rs. 5,50,000/- each. Although then he saw some extension of time, the entire amount has been paid since. This comes to 99 lakhs. There is no dispute about this.

The present report seeks directions about delivering possession of the vehicles of Tata.
