Mr Taquiddin is the successful bidder of eight hypothecated assets. The Court Receiver's Report seeks directions for delivering possession of these assets. It also seeks directions in respect of two vehicles parked at Rohtak, Delhi and for which no offer has been received. These are a tractor-trailer unit (two assets). 2.

The Court Receiver will proceed to advertise these two assets for sale on the usual terms.
