Mr. Suresh Kumar is appearing for applicant. Mr. Suresh Kumar states that an affidavit has been filed by Namrata Patil, who had signed and affirmed the interim application, in accordance with the order dated 16th March 2021. Mr. Suresh Kumar points out that applicant has expressed regret and has made a note of the observations made by this court in the order dated 16th March 2021. Mr. Suresh Kumar seeks leave to withdraw these applications with liberty to file fresh applications. Since the matter relates to claim payable to workmen, I am permitting withdrawal of application and also granting liberty as prayed for on the condition that fresh application will be filed on or before 9th April 2021.
