1. This IA seeks amendment to the Contempt Petition in terms of schedule annexes as "Annexure-A". On behalf of the respondents, the learned counsel seeks time to enter appearance. Considering that the application is for amendment of the petition, I am inclined to allow the same.

2. Accordingly, I pass the following order;

(i) IA is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

(iii) Reply, if any, to the amended petition shall be filed by all respondents within a period of four weeks thereafter upon service of amended copy.

(iv) IA is disposed in the above terms.
