Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Deputy Official Liquidator and have perused the averments made in the interim application. Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) on the condition that the applicants files an indemnity and produce requisite documents before the Official Liquidator to prove that the applicants are the legal heirs of late Mr.Manohar Narayan Deshpande. Such documents shall be filed with the Official Liquidator within four weeks from today. Official Liquidator is directed to verify those documents and if satisfied that the applicants are entitled to receive the said amount due to late Mr.Manohar Narayan Deshpande, the same shall be released in favour of the applicant no.1 who is wife of the said deceased expeditiously.

Interim application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
