The 2nd Petitioner in this case is herself an adopted child of Indian origin. This is a powerful and compelling factor in the present case.

The minor Santosh was born on 20th March 2012. 4.

I have seen the Petition carefully and all its annexures including the Home Study Report, the Child Study Report, the financial documents as also the certificates annexed. 5.

I am inclined to allow this Petition as I am satisfied that the requisite conditions and requirements are met. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
