The learned counsel for the Petitioner confirms that the Respondents have discharged the liability of the Petitioner. The learned counsel has no objection to the Court Receiver being discharged without passing accounts. The Court Receiver is accordingly discharged in respect of the property described in item No. 1 of Exhibit D to the petition.
2] The Court Receiver is directed to handover the possession of the property to Respondent No. 1. The cost charges and expenses of the Receiver may be
