I have perused the order passed by the learned Company Registrar dated 30th November, 2016. It appears that the petitioners have not removed the office objections inspite of the opportunities granted by the learned Company Registrar. The company application is accordingly rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules for non-compliance of the office objections. The company application accordingly stands dismissed for non-removal of the office objections.
