Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay is discharged without passing of accounts, but upon payment of his costs, charges and expenses by the Petitioner. 2.

The Petitioner shall pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the letter from the Office of the Court Receiver setting out the amount payable by the Petitioner. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of.
