This interim application (Interim Application No.543 of 2021) is for amendment of the cause title of the plaint by correcting the addresses of Defendant Nos. 2 and 4. The writ of summons has not yet been served on the Defendants. An application for issuance of writ of summons was made by Plaintiff No.1 by Interim Application No.373 of 2021. That interim application is not on board. However, it is taken on board and called out. The two interim applications are disposed of in terms of the following order: (i) The Plaintiffs are permitted to amend the plaint by substituting the addresses of Defendant Nos. 2 and 4 in the cause title as proposed in Pg 1 of 2
