Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents.

The Notice of Motion is opposed by the Respondents. In view of the averments made in paragraph 1 of the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, a case for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed for want of prosecution is made out. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Place the restored petition on 11th July 2017 under caption of 'fresh admission'.

Ad-interim relief granted on the Notice of Motion shall continue to operate till the next date.
