The order impugned in this petition is passed by the Competent Authority, Administrative Officer , G North Ward on 6 th May, 2010. Admittedly an appeal was maintainable against the said order. The appeal period is said to have expired in June, 2010. No appeal has since been filed.

The challenge in the petition is to the order dated 6 th May, 2010 and 30 th April, 2010 by which the matter was sent to the competent authority for disposal as evident from paragraph 7. In view of the fact that the delay in seven years has not been explained, learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions that he will

18-wp-1349-2017 adopt an appropriate remedy, if any, available to him in law. He seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, I pass the following order : (i) Writ Petition allowed to be withdrawn.
